Carpet removal is fully included in the all-in price. Removing other flooring types (laminate, vinyl, tile, or hardwood) takes more labor, so we add a small per-sqft fee that we'll quote exactly during your free in-home estimate. No surprises after the fact.

The vinyl plank itself resists water, but that does not make the entire installed floor or subfloor floodproof. Water can still reach edges, seams, walls, and the subfloor. We check the room and follow the selected product's installation and warranty limits.
How long does LVP last?
There is no honest universal lifespan. Product construction, wear layer, traffic, cleaning, direct sun, moisture, and installation conditions all affect service life. We help you compare those specifications before the quote is finalized.
Does $6.50/sqft really include everything?
