Potomac Floors was built on a simple idea: flooring installation shouldn't come with hidden fees, unreliable subcontractors, or broken promises.
Founded by Alvaro Cestti, we're a family-owned flooring company based in Alexandria, Virginia. We serve homeowners across Northern Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland. The entire DMV metro area.

Our pricing is all-in. When we quote you $6.50/sqft for LVP or $8.50/sqft for hardwood, that includes material, underlayment, installation, old flooring removal, furniture moving, and cleanup. No surprise charges. Ever.
