Big box store prices include typical add-on fees for installation, removal, transitions, and underlayment.
*Pricing notes. Per-sqft pricing is for flat flooring only. Stairs are priced separately at around $175 per step for LVP (see our stairs pricing page for details). Carpet removal is fully included in the all-in price. Removing other flooring types (laminate, vinyl, tile, or hardwood) takes more labor, so we add a small per-sqft fee that we'll quote exactly during your free in-home estimate. No surprises after the fact.
